S.L.E.D.’s employment services division is designed to provide comprehensive strategies and services to offer the best opportunities for success for all participants enrolled in S.L.E.D.
S.L.E.D.’s initial strategies include providing employment readiness training to prepare individuals to enter or re renter the workforce. This includes administering assessments, successful completion of the employment application, composing resumes that target specific opportunities based on the individual skill set, training resources and job search strategies.
Our employment partners deserve candidates who are well prepared, self starters, and eager learners who pay attention to detail, are dependable, and strive for professional excellence. Additionally, we offer drug testing, background checks, and assist with information regarding the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program and the Federal Bonding program.
